DOI: Abstract: Based on camel milk, a new multicomponent, specialized fermented dairy bio-product "Inulakt-Fito" was developed for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Its expressed hypoglycemic, antioxidant effect was established in experimental alloxan diabetes.
