Abstract:
The growing demand for non synthetic preservatives has increased research interest in natural substances with bioactivity. Among recent natural substances investigated for their bio properties are cranberry juice and lemon essential oil. This review discussed the antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of cranberry juice and lemon essential oil.
